Since joining Capella in 2019, Oliver has worked alongside a range of clients including Virgin Australia Airlines, assisting in the strategic review of operations and subsequent debt raising in relation to the acquisition of Velocity Frequent Flyer. Prior to joining Cappella, Oliver worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at KPMG, with a particular focus on deal origination to identify investment opportunities for private equity and mid-market clients. During his time at KPMG, Oliver assisted new and existing clients identify businesses to be acquired or sold and locate strategic and financial buyers or sellers.
