Nikki has worked across the finance industry for over six years, having worked as both a C-Suite Executive Assistant and as a Business Development Associate in both Sydney and Melbourne. With a proven track record in delivering high level administrative support to senior and executive management, she applies her strong interpersonal skills to create positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Nikki joined Cappella in 2019 as Personal Assistant to Damon Reynolds.
