Matt joined Cappella in 2020 after almost 10 years with the KPMG mergers and Acquisitions business advising on a broad range of engagements including private company sell side mandates, public defences and acquisitions, private company buy side roles as well as various strategic assistance engagements encompassing strategic reviews, market analysis, financial modelling, debt raising assistance, property negotiation and business case preparation. Matt has significant experience advising publicly listed, private equity and private clients across a broad range of industries including transport and logistics, healthcare, real estate, education, retail, food service, casual dining and restaurants, waste management and financial services.
